Punjab Emergency Services Department Tender: Event Management for National Rescue Challenge 2026 & CERTS Challenge 2026

Issuer: Government of the Punjab, Emergency Services Department. Purpose: Procurement of event management and hospitality services to organize the National Rescue Challenge 2026 (5–8 October 2026) and the International Volunteer Day CERTS Challenge 2026 (1–5 December 2026).

Eligibility & submission method: Bidders must be registered with the Tax Department of Pakistan and the Punjab e-Procurement System. All bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) using the PDF upload method. Physical bid securities (CDR, PO, bank guarantees) will NOT be accepted; bid security must be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System.

Financials (combined): Total Estimated Cost: Rs. 7,854,325. Bid Security: Rs. 157,086 (equivalent to 2% of estimated procurement value; must be submitted electronically).

Key dates & procedure: Complete bids with required documents must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-09-28 up to 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:30 AM. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (single-stage two-envelope procedure as applicable).
