PVTC Tender: Printing, Packing & Delivery of Trainee Manuals

Issuer: Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC), Government of the Punjab. PVTC invites encrypted electronic bids (e-bids) from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers or firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments for printing, packing and delivery of trainee manuals under One Competitive Bidding under Single Stage — One Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules.

- Submission & opening: Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Submission deadline: 2026-09-21 at 11:00 AM. Opening of bids: 2026-09-21 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened publicly through the eP system in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
