NUMS Tender: Provision of Security Services (Rawalpindi)

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites bids for the provision of comprehensive security and access-control services at its campuses and associated premises. Bidding will follow the PPRA Single Stage—One Envelope procedure; bidders must submit technical and financial proposals as one combined package. Tender documents are issued against a Pay Order/Demand Draft/Call Deposit Receipt of PKR 3,000 (refundable) in favor of NUMS. Earnest money of 2% of the quoted bid (refundable) must be submitted as a CDR and included in the Financial Proposal.
