LESCO Tender: APMS for Distribution Transformers — Bids due 2026-07-28

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids via E-PADS for the supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for distribution transformers (various KVA ratings) on 145 high AT&C loss feeders. The procurement is by open tender in six lots, financed from LESCO local funds, with delivery to consignee stores and installation/commissioning in respective LESCO circles.

Bids must be submitted/uploaded on the E-PADS portal; the bid submission deadline is 28 July 2026 at 10:30 AM (opening 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM). A pre-bid meeting will be held on 16 July 2026 at 2:00 PM in Room No. 312, LESCO HQ.
