LAHORE ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY (LESCO) invites sealed e-bids via the E-PADS portal for the supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) for distribution transformers on 146 high AT&C loss feeders. Eligible bidders are pre-qualified suppliers/manufacturers with LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs or reputable firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments; the procurement is financed from LESCO's local funds.
Bids must be submitted/uploaded on E-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). The bid bond in hard copy must be delivered to the Chief Engineer (Material Management), LESCO HQ, 3rd Floor, Room No. 312, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-16 at 14:00 in Room No. 312. Submission deadline: 2026-07-28 at 10:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Bidding documents are available on www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.lesco.gov.pk.
