Invitation to Bid — Dietary Items (Pulses & Mutton) for Daanish Schools, Rahim Yar Khan (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Principal, Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls), Rahim Yar Khan. Sealed bids are invited for procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 from experienced, financially sound businesses/enterprises registered with Sales Tax (if required) and Income Tax Departments under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Submission method: Single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Participation through the e-Procurement Punjab portal is compulsory.

Eligibility & requirements: Firms must be experienced and financially sound, registered with relevant tax departments as required. Bid security must be provided at 1% of the estimated tender amount in the form of CDR/DD/PO.
