Issuer: Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA). SMEDA invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from established national and international e‑commerce platforms to partner under the SME E‑Commerce Development Programme to help Pakistani MSMEs access national and international markets through e‑commerce platforms.
Partnership scope: In collaboration with selected e‑commerce platforms, SMEDA will provide awareness, training, readiness assessment, platform onboarding and technical handholding, plus targeted financial assistance. Partners are expected to develop packages and provide special benefits for MSMEs; specific terms will be agreed individually with each platform.

Submission instructions: Interested platforms should submit an EOI and company profile detailing experience, user/business base, market coverage and overall capabilities. Selected platforms will enter into separate agreements with SMEDA to support micro, small and medium enterprises across Pakistan.
