Admissions Notice — College of Medical Technology (PIMS), Islamabad — 4 & 5‑Year Allied Health Degree Programs

Issuer: College of Medical Technology (CMT), Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad. Admissions open for 5‑year and 4‑year degree programmes in allied health sciences. Prospective candidates are invited to apply for the following BS programmes.

Eligibility and selection:

• Minimum qualification: HSSC‑II (Pre‑Medical or Medical Technology/allied health sciences group) with at least 50% marks.
• Candidates must have passed the AHS entrance test conducted by Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), Islamabad, with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Maximum age limit: 20 years on the closing date of advertisement.
• Candidates awaiting HSSC annual exam 2026 results may apply provisionally by submitting a Hope Certificate; final admission subject to submission of HSSC marksheet and documents.

Merit calculation:

• SSC / O‑Level: 10%
• HSSC or equivalent: 40%
• Entrance Test: 50%

How to apply:

• Admission forms and prospectus are available from the Office of the Cashier, College of Medical Technology (PIMS), Islamabad on payment of Rs. 1,000/‑.
• Applicants must carefully read eligibility criteria before purchasing/processing the application form. The prospectus/application form is non‑refundable.
• Duly filled forms with required documents must be submitted to the College by the specified closing date.

Required documents (summary): Matriculation certificate/marksheet, HSSC certificate/marksheet or HSSC‑II/Part‑II marksheet (or Hope Certificate if results pending), CNIC/B‑Form of the candidate, CNIC of father/guardian, SZABMU AHS entrance test result, domicile, two recent passport‑size photographs (one attested), character certificate, migration certificate where applicable, pay slip/PIMS service card for PIMS employees, disability certificate for persons applying under disabled quota (if applicable).

Seats and quotas: Total 150 seats for the six BS programmes (approx. 25 seats per discipline). Candidates working in government must provide NOC from their departments. Reserved quotas and final seat distribution will follow the approved quota policy and college notice board.
