Admissions Open — BS 4-Year Degree Programs in Allied Health Sciences (College of Medical Technology, PIMS Islamabad)

College of Medical Technology (CMT), Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad invites applications for four-year BS degree programs in Allied Health Sciences for eligible candidates. A total of 150 seats are available across the listed disciplines. Applicants must meet academic and entry-test requirements described below.

Key eligibility & requirements:

- Minimum qualification: Passed HSSC-II (FSc Pre-Medical or Medical Technology group) with at least 50% marks.

- Applicants must have passed the AHS entry test conducted by Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), Islamabad with a minimum of 50% marks.

- Maximum age at the closing date of admission: 20 years.

- Candidates who have appeared in HSSC-II annual exam and are awaiting results may apply; final eligibility will be confirmed on submission of HSSC result/Mark Sheet.

Seats & reservations:

- Total seats: 150 for the six BS programs (approximately 25 seats per discipline).

Merit calculation:

- SSC/O-Level: 10%  |  HSSC or equivalent: 40%  |  Entrance Test: 50%

How to apply:

- Prospectus and admission forms are available at the office of the Cashier, College of Medical Technology (PIMS) Islamabad, on payment of Rs. 1,000/-.

- Applicants must carefully read the eligibility criteria before purchasing the Prospectus and Application Form. The Prospectus/Application Form, once purchased, shall not be refundable or exchangeable.

- Duly filled application forms must be submitted to the College of Medical Technology (CMT), PIMS, Islamabad. (Follow instructions in the prospectus for order of preference if applying to more than one discipline.)

Documents required (attested copies):

• Matriculation Certificate/Marks Sheet
• HSSC (Part I & II) / FSc Part II Marks Sheet
• Domicile Certificate
• CNIC / B-Form of the candidate and CNIC of father/guardian
• Copy of SZABMU AHS Entry Test Result (September test as applicable)
• Character Certificate from the last attended institute
• Two recent passport-size photographs (one to be attested and attached to form)
• Original Domicile at time of admission
• Original Migration Certificate where applicable
• Pay Slip and PIMS Service Card for applicants applying under PIMS employees' quota
• Disability Certificate, if applying under physically challenged quota

Selection & other notes:

- Final selection is based on merit, verification of original documents, and applicable quota rules. Candidates must submit all required original documents at the time of admission.

- The College reserves the right to cancel or withhold admissions and to change rules or seat distribution in accordance with approved quota policy.
