Eligibility

- Passed HSSC-II (Pre‑Medical or Medical Technology / allied health sciences group) with minimum 50% marks.
- Must have passed the AHS entry test conducted by Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University (SZABMU), Islamabad (September 2026) with at least 50% marks.
- Maximum age on closing date: 20 years.
- Candidates who appeared in HSSC-II annual exam 2026 and are awaiting results may submit a Hope Certificate with the admission form; final HSSC result must be submitted within three days of declaration. Domicile certificate is mandatory at time of submission.

Merit calculation

- SSC / O‑Level: 10%
- HSSC or equivalent: 40%
- Entrance test (SZABMU AHS test): 50%

How to apply

- Obtain prospectus & application form from CMT cashier (PIMS Islamabad) on payment of Rs. 1,000.
- Complete the prospectus/application form carefully and submit the duly filled form to College of Medical Technology (PIMS) by the stated deadline (2026-09-14).

Documents required

- Attested copies of Matriculation certificate/mark sheet and HSSC (Part I & II) certificate/mark sheets
- Domicile certificate
- CNIC or B‑Form of the candidate and parent/guardian
- Copy of SZABMU AHS Entry Test result (September 2026)
- Two recent passport‑size photographs (one attested on back)
- Original documents for verification at time of admission
- Disability certificate if applying under disabled quota (where applicable)

Notes

- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Final selection list will be displayed on the CMT notice board; admission is subject to verification of original documents and quota policy as per CMT/PIMS rules.
- The college reserves the right to cancel or withhold admission or seats in accordance with approved quota policy.
