LTO Islamabad Tender No. 01/2026-2027 – Supply of Stationery, Uniforms, Computer Items and Miscellaneous Services & Repairs

Issuer: Office of the Chief Commissioner Inland Revenue, Large Taxpayers Office (LTO), Plot No. 20, Mauve Area, G-9/1, Islamabad.

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited for supply of goods, provision of services and miscellaneous repair works for LTO Islamabad under Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure.

How to apply: Download tender documents from PPRA/EPADS v2.0. Electronic bids must be submitted via E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Bid submission & opening:

• Submission deadline: 2026-09-24 at 11:00 a.m. (bids to be uploaded on EPADS).
• Bid opening (virtual): 2026-09-24 at 11:30 a.m.

Bid security: Pay Order of Rs. 50,000 (refundable) for each category in the name of MDO, LTO, Islamabad must accompany the quotation.

Contract term: Initial contract period one (1) year for services (renewable for one further year under stated conditions). Goods rates may be procured on quoted rates up to 2027-06-30.

Mandatory documents (to be uploaded on PPRA/EPADS):

• Company/firm profile.
• NTN and Sales Tax registration with ATL status.
• Affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted by any federal/provincial government department.
• Statement of standing/experience in relevant business.
• Any other documents as required by the department.

Important conditions: Separate bids required for each category/item; suppliers must meet specifications and replace faulty/defective supplies; the Purchase Committee reserves right to reject any/all bids per Public Procurement Rules, 2004; default may lead to forfeiture and blacklisting.
