Corrigendum: Digital Bid Security Requirement for LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat Tender (PPRA 254756T250820264518)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, LG&CD Civil Division Works Gujrat.

Corrigendum reference: IPL-9359. This corrigendum updates the bid security and transmission requirements for the tender previously published on PPRA.

Corrected clauses (4 and 5):

4. Bid Security: Bidders shall submit Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost only through a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) or 1link payment method via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidder shall generate the PSID from the e-Procurement Portal and arrange for its scheduled bank to issue and transmit the Digital Bank Guarantee through SWIFT MT760 / 1link payment method in favour of the Executive Engineer LG&CD Civil Division Gujrat. Physical bid securities (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc.) shall not be accepted. Bids without a valid Digital Bank Guarantee or online payment shall be rejected.

5. Ensure that the issuing bank transmits the Bank Guarantee through SWIFT MT760 / 1link payment to the designated advising bank with the correct Tender Reference Number and PSID.
