Chief Engineer (Development), PMU FESCO Faisalabad invites National Competitive Bids (NCB) through Single Stage One Envelope method for multiple supply packages of tools, safety equipment, electrical testing instruments and workshop items. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS v2.0 portal (https://pa.epads.gov.pk). Original bid security (in PKR) as required on EPADS must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before tender opening. Bids shall be valid for 120 days; bid securities must be valid for 148 days from the opening date.

How to apply and other conditions:
- Registered bidders must obtain bidding documents and submit bids through EPADS v2.0 (https://pa.epads.gov.pk) as per instructions and specifications available on EPADS.
- Bid security must be submitted as specified on EPADS in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan and must be valid for 148 days from the tender opening date. Original bid security instrument must be submitted to the office before bid opening; otherwise the bid will not be opened.
- Bids with conditional or incomplete documents will be rejected.
- The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids per PPRA Rules.
