PITB Invitation to Bid – Procurement of Miscellaneous Hardware for Makerspace Punjab (eGOV-12-R)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of miscellaneous hardware for Makerspace Punjab under reference eGOV-12-R. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Submission method: Technical and financial bids (separate envelopes) must be prepared in complete conformity with the Tender Document and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://e.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the e-Procurement portal prior to submission.

Requirements & notes: Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents as specified in the Tender Document must accompany bids. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, or incorrectly submitted bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline; submission on the e-Portal is the bidder's responsibility. PITB reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals as per applicable rules.
