District Council Vehari Tender: Road Restoration & Sports Stadium Rehabilitation (28 Sep 2026)

Issuer: Office of the District Council Vehari. Electronic bids (Single Stage–Two Envelope) are invited under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Firms/contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) enlistment for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key instructions:

- Tender documents, detailed instructions, technical specifications, BOQ/DNIT and evaluation/qualification criteria are available for download free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA/Punjab website.

- Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System within the prescribed date and time. Manual, courier, email or hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.

- Technical proposals will be opened first under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later in accordance with the rules.

- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be provided as specified in the bidding documents via the e-Procurement Portal. Physical CDRs/Pay Orders/Demand Drafts will not be accepted for initial bid submission unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents.

- Successful bidder will be required to furnish performance security as per bidding documents and applicable rules.
