Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Ghazi — Tehsil Officer (I&S) & Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Ghazi. Tender method: Single Stage Two Envelope through EPADS (electronic procurement system).
Purpose: Sealed bids are invited from government contractors registered with PEC, Local Council Board and enlisted with C&W Departments under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for various civil works (roads, water supply, rehabilitation, community/jirga halls, graveyards, dispensary, PCC roads, masjid improvement, land purchase for graveyard, etc.).
Key submission & opening information:
- Bid submission: Through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders must also submit hard sealed envelopes (one containing the Technical Proposal marked "Technical Bid" and one containing the Financial Proposal marked "Financial Bid") as directed in the bidding documents.
- Bid security / earnest money: 2% of the estimated cost (as indicated per package).
- Download bidding documents: EPADS and KP-PPRA portal (www.kppra.gov.pk).
- Technical bid opening date: 2026-09-24.
- Financial bid opening date: 2026-10-01 (after evaluation of technical bids).
Eligibility & conditions: Registered contractors with required enlistments/registrations may bid. Bids must follow instructions in the bidding documents available on EPADS.
