Re-Tender: Procurement of Medicines, Consumables and Medical Supplies — Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat

Issuer: Office of the Director, Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences, Gambat. The Institute re-invites e-bids through the Sindh E-Procurement / E-PADs system from manufacturers, importers or their authorized distributors for supply of listed items for fiscal year 2026-27 under Sindh Public Procurement Rules (2010, Amended 2019).

Eligibility &requirements: Bidders must be registered on E-PADs and appear on the List of Active Taxpayers of FBR/SRB for Income Tax and GST/SST (wherever applicable). Bidders should submit a written application with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and submit bids through the E-PADs portal. All bids must include detailed terms and conditions and be accompanied by the prescribed bid security (bank draft / pay order / call deposit / bank guarantee) in favor of the Director, Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat.

Submission & opening: Bids must be prepared as per bidding documents and submitted on E-PADs. Bids will be opened on the same day as the submission deadline on 2026-10-06 at 12:30 PM in the Green Hall at Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat. Office hours for submission of pay order / call deposit and application: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (except Sundays and government holidays) from date of publication.
