Issuer: National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP), M-4 Sector‑I Office, Toba Tek Singh. NHMP M-4 Sector‑I invites sealed proposals for prequalification to enter framework agreement(s) for purchase of store items and repair services for three financial years (2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29) under PPRA Rules-2004.
Eligibility and submission:
- Firms/suppliers/workshops must be registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax Departments (GST) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).
- Firms should have proper setup in the vicinage of M-4 Sector‑I Office (examples listed: Jhang, Faisalabad, Lahore, Toba Tek Singh, Gojra, Multan, Shorkot, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala and other nearby cities).
- All proposals must be submitted through E-PADS version 2.0. Pre-qualification documents are available on the NHMP website and the PPRA website (as stated in the notice).
- NHMP reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
