National Defence University Islamabad Vehicle Auction — 17 September 2026

Issuer: National Defence University, Faculty of Contemporary Studies (FCS). National Defence University (NDU) invites bids for the sale of vehicles on an "as is where is" basis. The auction will be held on 17 September 2026 at 12:30 hrs at National Defence University, E-9, Islamabad.

Key terms and conditions:

- Inspection: 14 Sep to 15 Sep 2026, 1000–1500 hrs at National Defence University, Islamabad.

- Earnest money: Refundable/adjustable deposit of Rs. 40,000 per vehicle by Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of National Defence University, Islamabad, to be submitted before the auction.

- Payment by successful bidder: Balance amount to be deposited within six (06) working days of the auction; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of earnest money.

- Refunds: Earnest money for unsuccessful bidders will be refunded within seven (07) working days of final acceptance of bids.

- Taxes & transfer: Successful bidders are responsible for all applicable government taxes, transfer fees and related charges.

- Eligibility: Each bidder must bring original CNIC and be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

- Transfer of ownership: Transfer documents will be issued only in the name matching the submitted CNIC of the successful bidder; NDU will not issue open transfer letters.

- Handover: Vehicles and documents will be handed over after completion of official and legal formalities.

- Miscellaneous: If the scheduled auction day is a holiday or the university is closed, the auction will be held the next working day at the same time. NDU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
