The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will hold an open auction of designated hotel plots in Islamabad on 23rd and 24th September 2026. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad. Time: 10:00 am.
Prime benefits and flexible terms include a 1-year flexible payment plan, possession upon payment of 75% of the total amount (subject to a valid bank guarantee from a local schedule bank for the remaining amount), building plan approval after payment of 25% deposit, a 5% rebate on total payment if settled within 30 days, and an additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD. Special facilitation is available for overseas investors through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) and local banking channels.
