Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA). CDA is holding an open public auction of designated hotel plots in Islamabad on 23 and 24 September 2026. Auction start time: 10:00 AM. Venue: Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad.
Key commercial terms and investor facilities:
- 1-year flexible payment plan available.
- Possession granted at 75% payment subject to bank guarantee for the remaining amount.
- Building plan approval after 25% deposit.
- 5% rebate on total payment if paid within 30 days.
- Additional 5% rebate on full payment in USD.
- CDA to provide facilitation regarding utilities, shifting of electric lines, sewerage upgradation, land clearance and similar services where applicable.
Special facility for overseas investors: token issuance at least one day before the auction. Payments can be made through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) or local banking channels.
