Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) — EGM & Election of Directors on 15 September 2026

Issuer: Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL). Purpose: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to elect directors. The EGM will be held on Tuesday, 2026-09-15 at 11:00 AM at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi, with a video link option. The Board has fixed the number of directors to be elected at ten (10).

Shareholders may attend, participate and vote in person or by proxy. Members must register to attend, participate in and vote at the meeting not later than 24 hours before the meeting. Members who wish to vote by postal ballot should send completed ballot papers addressed to the Chairman at the Company’s registered office (details on the ballot form) or follow the email submission option shown on the ballot paper. Postal ballot papers must reach the Company within business hours on or before 2026-09-14.

The notice includes the Statement and Form of Proxy (including a form for minority shareholders) and the Ballot Paper for postal voting. The notice is issued by the Company Secretary (Ali Jaffar) dated 8 September 2026.
