• Balance of the bid amount to be paid by the successful bidder before the Court closes or on or before 15 days from the date of auction; failure to pay balance within 15 days will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit.
• All government taxes and dues to be borne by the auction purchaser.
• Sale subject to confirmation by the Court. The Court reserves the right to cancel the auction or not to accept any bid.
