Public Auction of Fresh / Leftover Goods — Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Quetta

Issuer: Collectorate of Customs Appraisement, Custom House, Quetta.

Purpose: Public open auction of fresh and left-over goods lying at NLC Dry Port, Quetta.

Location for inspection and auction: NLC Dry Port, Quetta. Auctions to be held after Nimaz-e-Jumma.

Key conditions:

• Auctions conducted on an "as is where is" basis.
• Successful bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount on the spot.
• Remaining 75% to be deposited within 07 days of display of the list of approved lots on the Notice Board of the office of the Deputy Collector, NLC Dry Port, Quetta.
• Lot-wise sealed bids will also be accepted.
• Successful bidder (only NTN holder) must deposit 10% of the bid amount as Advance Income Tax separately.
• Cancellation of auctioned lots/goods will not be admissible on the basis of condition/quality.
• Goods can be inspected during office hours at the location specified against each lot.
• The Collector of Customs, Appraisement, Quetta reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason; if auction is not completed it may continue the next day.
• Participants must bring original CNIC on the day of auction.
