Punjab SH&ME Dept: Framework Contract Tenders for Surgical Dressings, Medical Devices & Anaesthesia/ICU Items (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab. Bid Reference: SO (PH) v.16/2026-02. Framework contracts are invited for procurement of disposables, surgical dressings, selected medical devices and anaesthesia & ICU items for FY 2026-27. Registered manufacturers, sole agents or sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with relevant tax/registration authorities are eligible to bid. Bidding will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules (as amended).

How to apply: e-Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (interested bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement portal). Bidders should consult the Procuring Agency's website and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority for full bidding documents, specifications, terms and conditions.
