Horticulture Agency Lahore Tender: Framework Contract for Supply of Plants (FY 2026-27) – Lots for Zone VI (Airport & Ring Road)

Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites e-bids from well-reputed, financially sound firms with relevant experience for the procurement of plants on an annual Framework Contract basis for FY 2026-27 for Horticulture Zone-VI (Airport & Ring Road), Lahore. Firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax (where applicable) and comply with PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement requirements.

Key procurement and submission details:

- Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended).

- Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP): https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/

- Deadline for e-bids: 2026-09-28 at 01:00 PM PKT. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM.

- Successful bidders must comply with all terms/conditions of the bidding documents; clarifications and responses will be provided via the Punjab e-Procurement System only.

- Financial bids of only technically responsive firms will be opened as per PPRA rules. The Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the required quantity by 15%.

- Items shall be supplied at the site of Horticulture Agency, Lahore within stipulated time periods mentioned in the purchase order.
