How to apply: Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS). Bidders must be registered on PEPS and submit e-bids using the "PDF Upload method." Bidding documents can be downloaded via the Punjab e-Procurement System or from the PPRA website.

Bid security: Submit electronically at 2% of the estimated cost via PEPS. No physical financial instruments (CDR, Pay Order, BG) will be accepted; only electronically submitted bid securities through registered PEPS accounts will be considered valid.

Procedure: Open Competitive Bidding — Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Submission deadline and opening: Complete e-bids and required documents must be submitted through PEPS by 2026-09-28 up to 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Pest Warning & Quality Control of Pesticides, Punjab (21 Davis Road, Lahore) in presence of bidders or authorized representatives with valid authority letter. If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, opening will occur on the next working day at the same time.
