KP Workers Welfare Board Tender: Consultancy Services via EPADS — Deadline 2026-09-30

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Workers Welfare Board (WWB) invites proposals from reputable consultancy firms (from the prequalified panel approved by the Governing Body) to provide detailed design, drawings, cost estimates, PC-1 preparation and construction supervision for the following works. Firms must have valid registration and must have deposited the requisite renewal fee with WWB for Financial Year 2026-27.

How to apply / submit bids: Single-stage, one-envelope procedure. Proposal documents including TORs and evaluation criteria (RFP) are available at wwbkp.gov.pk and on the EPADS portal. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS in accordance with PPRA rules and instructions available on EPADS.

Deadline and opening: Financial bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2026-09-30 at 12:00 hrs (noon). Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened publicly via EPADS on the same day at 13:00 hrs in the committee room of KP WWB Main Office Building, Sector A-3, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
