Auction: Parking Stand & Canteen at THQ Hospital Wazirabad — Bid by 2026-09-21

Issuer: The Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Wazirabad. Auction for the Parking Stand and the Hospital Canteen for financial year 2026-2027. Interested, eligible firms are invited to participate as per the terms below.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Eligibility: Only registered firms with Category A/B/C/D enlistment certificate may participate.

- Documents: Tender documents (detailed information) are available from the Procurement Officer, THQ Hospital Wazirabad, on payment of a non‑refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 (One Thousand Only). Documents are available until 21.09.2026 up to 09:30 AM.

- Submission: Letter of interest/documents with bid security and all required documents must be submitted to the office of the Procurement Officer on or before 10:30 AM on the auction date (2026-09-21). Auction will be held at the Office of The Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Wazirabad, in the presence of bidders.

- Bid security must be in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan (cash not acceptable).

- The successful bidder must submit advance fee for three months within 24 hours of award; failure will result in cancellation and forfeiture of bid security.

- Bids: Technical and financial (rate) bids must be in separate envelopes; both envelopes must be placed in a single outer envelope. Bidding rate will be submitted in a closed envelope.

- All applicable taxes to be paid by the successful bidder. If the auction cannot be held on the scheduled date due to a local holiday or other valid reason, it will be held on the next working day.
