The National Book Foundation (NBF), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from established and experienced publishers and developers (textbook development firms/companies) across Pakistan for pre-qualification to participate in competitive development of textbook manuscripts for Prep to Grade 12 based on the National Curriculum of Pakistan as notified by the National Curriculum Council Wing (NCCW).
Pre-qualified firms will be invited to submit fully developed and professionally designed manuscripts for specified subjects/grades. Selected manuscripts will be evaluated by Subject-Specific Evaluation Committees and forwarded to NCCW for NOC. For each textbook published by NBF after obtaining NOC and necessary approvals, a 5% royalty on the net price of copies sold will be paid to the concerned publisher/developer.
