Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha invites sealed e-tenders from registered contractors on the Punjab e‑Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for implementation of budgeted works for FY 2026‑27. Bidding documents must be uploaded on the Punjab e‑Procurement portal by the submission deadline. Tender opening is scheduled as below.

Last date/time for upload on Punjab e‑Procurement System: 2026-09-22 by 14:00 (02:00 PM).
Opening of bids (in presence of contractors/representatives): 2026-09-22 at 14:30 (02:30 PM) at Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha.
Earnest money: 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR in favor of Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha. Original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before bid opening. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Forged documents/CDRs will lead to legal action. Bidders offering rates more than 4.99% below estimated cost will be required to deposit additional performance security as per PPRA Works Rules 2017.
