The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-applications from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered engineering firms/contractors for pre-qualification for the project: Construction of New Islamabad Convention, Exhibition and Expo Centre (NICEEC) including upgradation, uplifting and modernization of the existing Jinnah Convention Centre, Islamabad.
