PHE Quetta Tender: Exploration of New Drilling Points in Limestone Aquifer (Kuchlak, Quetta)

Executive Engineer PHE Division Quetta invites sealed electronic bids for exploration and drilling works for new drinking-water drilling points in the Limestone Aquifer — Chashma, Achozai & Baleli (New Bypass Road, Kuchlak, Quetta) under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014.

Issuer: Executive Engineer, PHE Division Quetta.

Procurement & Submission: Procurement will be conducted under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available for review/download as stated by the issuing office. Eligibility & Requirements: Presence on Active Tax Payers list; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or the Balochistan Revenue Authority. PEC registration C-2 & above (up to PKR 1,000 million) in the relevant category/specialization (irrigation/flood control/related civil works) is required. Bidders must have completed similar works previously and demonstrate financial capacity (minimum past turnover/financial criteria as specified in the bidding documents). Procedure & Security: Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding procedure. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bank guarantee / deposit call equal to 3% of the estimated cost, payable to the undersigned.
