• Bid security: 5% of the bid cost in the shape of pay order / demand draft (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) in favour of Vice Chancellor, LUMHS Jamshoro.
• Tender submission and opening to be performed via EPADS. Opening time indicated at 11:00 am.
• Document fee: non‑refundable (details in bidding documents).
• Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities as noted above.
