The Establishment Division, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad invites applications for the post of Deputy Legal Advisor (MP-II) on a contractual basis under MP Scale Policy 2020 for an initial period of three (3) years, extendable up to a maximum of two (2) additional years subject to satisfactory performance.

Qualification & Experience	Ph.D. in Law with 5 years' professional experience/practice in the High Court/Supreme Court; OR LL.M. (Masters in Law) with 7 years' experience/practice in the High Court/Supreme Court. Preference for candidates having experience dealing with service matters of Government / Corporation employees.
Age Limit	Maximum 62 years
Tenure	Initial 3 years, further extendable up to 2 years (annual basis)
Key Responsibilities	Assist the Legal Advisor in performance of duties. Prepare documents and legal opinions on cases assigned. Represent the Establishment Division as Departmental Representative in various Courts.
