The Office of the Director General Health Services, Balochistan invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for supply of Manufacturer Vehicles & Accessories. Only electronic bids will be accepted via the Electronic Public Procurement System of the Government of Balochistan (BPPRA). Tender fee is not required.

• Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules‑2016.
• Three assignments of similar nature and complexity in the previous 3 years required.
• Minimum turnover requirement and presence on Active Tax Payers List; Sales Tax Certificate required.
• Manufacturer must be registered with SECP; firm must have authorization from the fabricator.
• Fabricator must hold quality certificates (CE, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Bid validity compliance 90 days; delivery period compliance 120 days.
• Submission must include catalogue/technical data, product compliance/deviation sheet, CA report for last 3 years for post‑warranty services, and other standard documentary evidence.
• Any forged or false information may lead to blacklisting and forfeiture of earnest money/performance security.

• Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.
• All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (Govt. of Balochistan).
• Only electronic submission is allowed; no physical bids will be accepted.
