Eligibility (as stated)
3 assignments of similar nature and complexity; financial requirements shown in the notice include PKR 3,000,000 in previous 3 years and turnover of at least PKR 4,000,000 in 3 previous years. Presence on the Active Tax Payer List and a Sales Tax Certificate are required. The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permissible. Bidders must upload verified work orders and supporting documents in response to eligibility criteria.
