- Bids must be submitted electronically via the Government of Balochistan electronic procurement system / BPPRA portal. No physical bids will be accepted.

- Eligibility highlights: Assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum turnover requirement (specified in the notice as PKR 50,000,000 across the previous three years). Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List and hold a Sales Tax certificate where applicable. Joint ventures are not permissible. Firms currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan are ineligible.

- Bid security of 2% must accompany the bid in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, payable in the name of the undersigned as specified in the bidding documents.

- Complete bidding documents and full instructions, including issuance and submission procedures, are available electronically. Bidders must be registered on the electronic public procurement system as required by Government of Balochistan procurements.
