FESCO Tender: Supply of Transformer Oil (IEC-60296) — Tender No. 3177/MM/FESCO/TRW/2026-27

Issuing authority: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO). E-bids are invited for the supply of transformer oil under local funds via Single Stage - One Envelope procedure.

Eligibility: WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC/DISCOs approved manufacturers/firms/suppliers (prequalified/registered) OR non-prequalified/un-registered manufacturers/firms/suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

How to apply: Bidding documents, detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Interested bidders must register on EPADS and submit electronic bids through EPADS.

Deadlines and opening: Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-09-24 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO, Old Thermal Plant Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.

Bid security and other conditions: Original bid security instrument MUST be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline; otherwise the bid will not be opened. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is available on EPADS.
