Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound Systems, Electronic Timing Devices and DG Sets at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination) Islamabad invites bids through EPADS for supply, installation, testing & commissioning of sound amplification systems, electronic timing devices and DG sets at various facilities of Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant codes and categories (valid up to 30 June 2027).

How to apply: Download bidding documents from eprocure.gov.pk and submit applications through EPADS. Tender notice and additional details are available on the Pakistan Sports Board website: www.sports.gov.pk.

Important submission requirements and conditions:

• Firm must meet evaluation criteria as per bidding documents.
• Provide proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and active tax status on ATL.
• Affidavit on judicial stamp paper, duly notarized, confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security (earnest money) to be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.
• One copy of only the technical proposal (not financial) should be uploaded on EPADS as per instructions; in case of discrepancy, documents/information on EPADS shall prevail.
• Technical proposal and original bid security must be submitted to the undersigned before closing date and time; late/manual submissions will not be entertained.
• Competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids under relevant rules (Rule-33 of PPRA).
• Bidders are advised to visit the site for a better understanding of field conditions.
