Pakistan Sports Board Tender — Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound Amplification, Electronic Timing Devices and DG Sets (Islamabad, PEC C-1)

Pakistan Sports Board (Islamabad) invites bids through EPADS from PEC-registered contracting firms (relevant codes/categories valid until 30 June 2027) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sound amplification systems, electronic timing devices and DG sets at various facilities of the Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

How to apply: Download and upload bidding documents via eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice and documents are also available on Pakistan Sports Board website (sports.gov.pk) and PPA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete technical and financial proposals as per bidding instructions. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

Key requirements and instructions:

1. Firms must meet evaluation criteria in the bidding documents.

2. Provide proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and presence of firm on ATL.

3. Submit a notarized affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

4. Bid security/earnest money must be submitted as bank draft / pay order / CDR in favor of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original must be delivered to the undersigned before the closing date/time.

5. Submit one hard copy of the technical proposal (not the financial proposal) as uploaded on EPADS. In case of discrepancies, the downloaded proposal documents will prevail.

6. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.

7. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
