NAVTTC EOI 2026 — Pre-Qualification of Training Service Providers

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for pre-qualification of technically competent and financially sound training service providers to deliver specialized training programs in priority sectors. These free training programs are offered under the Prime Minister's youth initiative and must lead to recognized certifications.

Eligibility & requirements: technically competent and financially sound public/private TVET institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises and other entities may apply. Institutions must meet NAVTTC-prescribed infrastructure and qualification criteria; NAVTTC-recognized institutes will be preferred. Institutes affiliated or accredited with international bodies will be preferred. No joint ventures (JV) are allowed. Providers must have required training infrastructure including labs and security/attendance systems where specified.
