Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Maintenance Division-III (SB). CDA invites online bids from reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (valid Registration Certificate for 2026-27) for the following works in Islamabad. Bidding is through the PPRA/CDA e-bidding portal (E-PADS 2.0). Bid security (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of Deputy Director Maintenance-III (SB), CDA is required. Scanned copies of required documents (including bid security and judicial stamp certificates) must be uploaded on the e-portal; original documents to be submitted as required in the bidding documents. How to apply:
