HAZECO Tender Notice — Procurement of Goods (EPADS v2.0) — Closing 2022-10-06

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under EPADS v2.0. Procurement will be conducted on a Single-Stage One-Envelope basis using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and relevant Authority guidelines. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and follow the e-bidding instructions.

How to bid: Submit e-bids through the EPADS v2.0 e-bidding system before the stated deadline. Original hard copy of bid security must be submitted to the HAZECO Head Office (Room No. 209) at Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before bid closing time; failure to provide the original bid security will make the bid non-responsive. Complete bidding documents, specifications and e-purchasing instructions are available on the EPADS portal for registered bidders. Queries and clarifications must follow the Authority’s prescribed procedure.
