Establishment Division, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Pakistan (Islamabad) invites applications for the position of Deputy Legal Advisor (MP-II) on a fixed-term basis under MP Scale Policy 2020.

Number of Posts	01 (One)
Tenure	Initially three (03) years under Federal Government initiative; further extendable up to two (02) years on annual basis subject to satisfactory performance
Qualification & Experience	Ph.D. in Law with 05 years professional experience/practice in the High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan; OR Master's in Law with 07 years' experience/practice in the High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan. Preference for candidates experienced in service matters of Government/Corporation employees.
Age Limit	Maximum age 62 years
Key Responsibilities	Assist the Legal Advisor in performance of duties. Undertake tasks including preparation of documents, providing legal opinions on cases, and representing the Establishment Division as Departmental Representative in various courts.
Application / Selection Procedure	Submit complete application with attested copies of academic records, degrees, and experience certificates to the undersigned within 15 days of publication of the advertisement. Soft copies may be sent to the provided email address. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible. Establishment Division reserves the right to reject any/all applications without assigning reasons. The post will be filled on merit.
