Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for the position of Manager (Geophysics) on an open contract basis at its Head Office in Islamabad.

Key responsibilities (summary): Plan, design and execute integrated geophysical programs for mineral exploration using magnetic, gravity, ERT, IP, MT/AMT, radiometric and other methods; design survey grids, station spacing and acquisition parameters; lead QA/QC of field acquisition, processing, interpretation and integrated subsurface modelling; process and interpret geophysical data using industry software (e.g., Oasis Montaj, Zond/2D/3D, EarthImager etc.); integrate geophysical results with geological mapping, structural interpretation and drill data; prepare technical maps, cross-sections, reports, recommendations and follow-up investigation plans; manage geophysical databases, ensure data validation, coordinate systems and archiving; supervise contractors and ensure compliance with survey designs, budgets and HSE requirements.
