Hiring an experienced, hands-on Interior Site Supervisor for a high-end residential interior project in Lahore. Candidate must be technically competent to read drawings, take accurate site measurements and markings, and coordinate execution across trades.

| Key responsibilities & skills | Read and understand interior drawings independently; take accurate site measurements and set-outs; perform interior markings according to approved drawings; good understanding of ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, mouldings, doors, joinery, wardrobes, kitchens and other interior works; coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, marble and other trades; strong coordination with vendors, contractors and suppliers; ensure work carried out per approved drawings and samples; maintain inward/outward material records and check quality and condition of materials received; ensure proper material storage and handling to minimize wastage/damage; monitor daily site progress and report delays, issues and discrepancies; good communication, coordination and reporting skills. |
