Core responsibilities

Provide financial analysis to support loan negotiations and debt repayment decisions; advise on currency mix and borrowing choices; comprehend domestic and international capital markets as they relate to debt management; maintain liaison with key stakeholders including federal entities; manage debt-related transactions; provide statistical support and prepare periodic reports; perform duties assigned by the Debt Management Specialist.

Qualifications & experience (as listed)

Finance-related postgraduate qualification and/or CA or equivalent from a recognized university or professional body. Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and demonstrated communication experience. Relevant experience in debt management, public finance or related financial analysis is expected as per job description.
