Pakistan Railways Tender: Renovation of Business Lounge at Rawalpindi Railway Station

Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Rawalpindi invites e-bids via EPADS v2.0 from approved Pakistan Railways contractors or other government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the relevant specialization code and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the following work. Bidding documents and e-submission are available on the EPADS portal. Original bid security (CDR) / Bank Guarantee and CNIC must be produced as required.

How to apply / submit bids: Download and submit e-bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) only: https://epads.pakrail.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurement/99634. Submit e-bids in accordance with the e-bidding documents. Scanned CNIC and valid PEC registration details must be attached. Original bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee in favour of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi must be produced for verification as required.

Opening: Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM on 2026-09-17 in the office of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi in the presence of representatives of bidders who choose to attend.
