NHA Tender: Operation, Management & Maintenance of E-75 Rest Areas (Malata, Manga, Sambli)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan. NHA invites sealed bids for Operation, Management & Maintenance (O&M&M) contracts of already established rest areas on Islamabad–Muzaffarabad Dual Carriageway (E-75) on an advance net guaranteed revenue basis. Each rest area will be awarded a separate contract for a period of three (03) years.

Key actions and requirements:

- Bidding documents can be obtained from NHA Headquarters, Islamabad, by submitting a written request and depositing Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) as document fee in the NHA Road Maintenance account. Documents are also downloadable from the NHA website (www.nha.gov.pk).

- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2020-09-08 at 11:00 hours in the NHA Auditorium, Islamabad.

- Sealed bids complete in all respects must be submitted by Wednesday, 2020-09-16 at 11:00 hours to NHA Headquarters, Islamabad. Technical bids will be opened on 2020-09-16 at 11:30 hours in the NHA Auditorium.
